What does Recovery Alignment include?
Step 1 – assessment – (3 weeks)
Using a customized version of the Yale Recovery Knowledge Inventory, Holding the Hope experts will help you identify a starting point. We will provide you with a report that identifies current strengths & gaps in knowledge of agency staff, as well as recommendations on how to proceed based on your agency’s cultural norms.
Step 2 – commitment – (3 weeks)
Your agency’s Recovery Team (with a rep from each department) will work from that report and Holding the Hope’s menu of services to create a customized implementation plan of training and consulting.
Step #3 – engagement – (6 weeks)
The plan is deployed and supported thought weekly clinics. Finally, we follow up with a 2nd implementation of the Yale Recovery Knowledge Inventory to document growth.
This 12 week plan includes weekly clinics to support your growth. Each clinic is staffed by a national expert in recovery principles and practices to help you step by step as you implement your goals.
