Holistic Approach to DBT Skills

Holistic Approach to DBT Skills is an interactive workshop that teaches what DBT skills are, but also teaches the skills necessary between clients and providers so they can work collaboratively. DBT skills are a powerful evidence based recovery tool. This workshop will help you hone the skills to support your recovery efforts or those of the people you serve (or both!). To provide you with the best expereince possible, seating is limited. This workshop is priced to sell out, so register now.
Who should attend?
Do you work with or provide care for those with Anxiety, Suicidial Ideation, Eating Disorders, Addictions, Border Line Personality Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or difficulties regulating emotions? Do you want to learn what DBT skills are and how to implement them efficiently? DBT skills are an effective choice for helping those with any of the above mentioned struggles.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Sarah Jensen is the owner and founder of Holistic Solutions as well as a Certified Peer Counselor and Wraparound/WISe Parent Partner. Before becoming a business owner and Certified Peer Counselor, Sarah participated in the Dr. Marsha Linehan’s DBT program and the Behavior Research Training Center. Sarah is an experienced trainer and speaker and brings her person knowledge and skills into all of her workshops.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, photography and spending time with her family.
