Supervising Peer Supporters around Ethics & Boundaries

Ethics & Boundaries for Peer Support Supervisors is a comprehensive workshop designed for supervisors of peer supporters or recovery coaches is any setting. The content is largely based on the International Association of Peer Specialists document, National Ethical Guidelines and Practice Standards and the work of Vicki Reynolds, PhD. Participants will come away with a specific supervisory skills based on a clear understanding of the unique nature of peer support relationships as well as the ethics, guidelines and boundaries that make them work.
Mary Jadwisiak is an internationally sought out speaker and trainer for her expertise in behavioral health recovery, peer support and suicide prevention. She provides insightful and practical workshops based on 20 years of advocacy and training in the behavioral health industry and her personal recovery journey. The power of Hope is infused throughout her work. As the spokesperson for hope she will educate, inform, entertain and inspire.
